VCDX-DCV 2024: VMware Certified Design Expert - Data Center Virtualization 2024
The VMware Certified Design Expert - Data Center Virtualization 2024 (VCDX-DCV 2024) certification validates an individual's advanced knowledge and skills in gathering and interpreting requirements, planning, creating, documenting, testing and defending an implementable VMware vSphere-based design that meets customer objectives and constraints. This certification is intended for experienced professionals who are experts in data center virtualization technologies. Job-roles associated with this certification include solution architects, design architects, and consultants.
| STEP 1: Earn the VCP-DCV 2024. | |||||
| STEP 2: Earn the VCIX-DCV 2024 Badge (Or have a VCIX-NV 2021 or 2022 or 2023). | |||||
| STEP 3: Review and understand the blueprint. | |||||
| STEP 4: Select and build a design, based on the guidance in the handbook. | |||||
| STEP 5: Submit and pass the application and design review. | |||||
| STEP 6: Successfully defend your submitted design against three panelists (75 minutes) and design a solution to a randomly provided scenario (45 minutes). |
